Our History of Service & Geography

Since the early 1990s, Columbia Park Neighborhood Association  (CPNA), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, has served the Columbia Park neighborhood located in northeast Minneapolis. We provide Columbia Park residents all ages, cultures, races and income levels with the information, tools, and resources to participate civically and help lead in building a stronger and sustainable neighborhood. ​

The Columbia Park Neighborhood of Minneapolis includes the part of Northeast Minneapolis, which is bounded by 37th Avenue NE [to the North], Central Avenue NE [to the East], 27th Avenue NE [to the South] and University Avenue NE to 4th Street NE, along St. Anthony Parkway and East River Road [to the West].
