CPNA Financials

Public Disclosure Statement 

From 2021-2024, CPNA was inactive without an active Board of Directors.  The only CPNA financial reports available for neighborhood and public review are the following charitable reports to the Minnesota Attorney General's Charitable Division: MN Attorney General Charitable Review Annual CPNA Reports. 

 

The new new leadership team was elected Saturday, August 24, 2024, when they reactivated the Association. Financial reports been compiled and filed by Columbia Park neighborhood residents upon the relaunching of the CPNA. Under new leadership, CPNA continues to produce annual financial organizational reports starting in 2024. 

The 2025 tax 990N tax filing document for 2024 can be found below in addition to the Treasurer's Reports, which are required to be generated on a quarterly basis and presented to the Board of Directors for approval monthly. All Treasurer's reports are listed below by year, beginning in 2025, with approvals documented as part of the CPNA Board Monthly Minutes.
