CPNA Financials
Public Disclosure Statement: CPNA was operating inactively without an active Board of Directors since 2021 through the summer of 2024. The only CPNA financial reports available for neighborhood and public review are the following charitable reports to the Minnesota Attorney General's Charitable Division.
These reports have recently been compiled and filed by CPNA's new Board leadership who were elected on Saturday, August 24, 2024, by Columbia Park neighborhood residents upon the relaunching of the CPNA. Under current new leadership, CPNA will produce new financial organizational reports starting in 2025 for 2024.

CPNA Monthly Treasurer's Reports
Public Disclosure Statement: CPNA was operating inactively without an active Board of Directors since 2021 through the summer of 2024. Treasurers reports are required on a quarterly basis, but we strive to produce reports monthly. All Treasurer's reports are listed below by year, starting in 2025. These reports are generated and presented to the Board of Directors for approval each month. Approvals are documented as part of the CPNA Board Monthly Minutes.
